BASIC FUNCTION:

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR Director and others to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions that reflect the roles accurately.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates through research, sourcing, cold calling, building rapport with industry professionals, networking, and online job posting.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Attending local college and job fairs as well as networking events.
  • Advocate for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and building trust with candidates and team members.
